BMW Billet Aluminum Throttle Cable Bushings

With age, the factory Throttle Cable Bushing gets soft and spongy, or cracks letting the throttle cable sag. Throttle response gets worse since the cable must first straighten up before it starts to move the throttle plate. Replacing the worn bushings with the billet aluminum bushings eliminates cable sag to give a crisp throttle response.

These bushings are designed to fit the following Years & Models

1993 to 1998 528, 530, 540, 740, and 840 without ETK ( Electronic Throttle Controller ) with m60 and m62 motors

1990 to 1999 M3, M5, 325, 328, 525, 528, 535, 735 with M20, M30, S14, S50, S52, or M50 motors

Sorry, does not work on the 750, 850 or e30/e28 m20 cars (only e34 m20 cars)

Core Return Terms: Cores must be returned in 30 days for a refund. All cores returned after 30 days are only eligible for store credit no exceptions. All cores must be in OEM un-modified condition, we do not accept previously modified components for core. Serious rust issues, major cracks, or bent subframes are also not accepted as a core. Some minor cracking may be acceptable please contact us with photos first. Core refunds will be issued within 10 days of receiving your core. We use returned cores to re-work and provide this service to other customers. Please keep that in mind when looking at your core. If you would not want your core as a reworked unit it is probably not acceptable. Again any questions please ask first.
