Because we are very small company with a limited amount of humans, the only way to return or exchange an item is through this system. Its VERY easy to use and will walk you through everything. You may call us if you need help with the system, however, we suggest you try before calling. When you call or email, we are dedicated to giving you as much help as you need. We don't mind the calls, we don't mind the e-mails, but please, please, please be aware that every phone call or email takes valuable time away from actually building and shipping the orders. Well the first reason is that it was in the terms and conditions on checkout. However there is a better reason. Honest companies charge restocking fees for a very simple reason: to keep costs (and thus prices for you) down when dealing with the return of items that are not defective. There are a lot of costs associated with processing an order. If you buy something and then return it, there is more costs to handle the return.
All returns must be thoroughly inspected when received back at the warehouse to ensure they are in 100% resalable condition. New packaging materials usually need to be utilized because it is typically only designed to be used two times (initial use and possible return shipment). Time and materials involved inspecting, repackaging and restocking are not insignificant. The bottom line is restocking fees help keep prices low for you!
For this reason we do not accept returns on any used or previously installed products. We will not sell used products to our customers who are expecting brand new Garagistic parts. At times we may have to charge a higher restocking fee on a return if the parts are damaged during the return shipping. Introducing the Ultimate Garagistic E30 dual caliper reinforced drift trailing arm. Do you have or want a hydraulic E-brake so that you can initiate like a pro? Need that second hydraulic caliper in the rear so you can really kick out the rear end? Look no further because the Garagistic E30 Dual caliper trailing arm is here! We are now offering these trailing arms as a turn key ready to bolt up set up. Simply mount the arms, attach another factory E30 rear caliper, route your lines to your desired hydro e-brake and voila! You can now initiate a drift like a pro. The factory E30 drum brake while great for parking and preventing your car from rolling down a hill is simply not enough for the serious drifter. The factory drum brake is mounted on the thin brake dust backing plate which can warp, or break and this can cause the drum to not work or down right grenade from hard use. Ensure that you get a good lock up each and every time you pull the handle with a true hydraulic caliper.
These arms are built on a core exchange program and also include our standard trailing arm reinforcement treatment. What this means is you send your stock straight rear control arms, we sandblast, weld on rear sway bar reinforcements, weld in our wing gusset, weld in shock mount brace, weld on the dual caliper mount, powder coat, and then send it back! This is a bolt-up way to get reinforced rear control arms and a dual caliper mount. These arms also allow for the use of aftermarket sway bars without ripping mounting points out. Send us your STRAIGHT core and we will rework it for you or refund you the $150 core charge (details on core program below). Powder coat is included.
